- 1 × [Netherite Ingot](https://crafting.recipes/netherite-ingot.md)

### Instructions

1. Use a Netherite Upgrade Smithing Template and a Netherite Ingot to upgrade your diamond equipment.
2. Your enchantments and armor trim stay.
3. The template and ingot are used up.
4. Take 1 [Netherite Shovel](https://crafting.recipes/netherite-shovel.md) from the result slot.
